This beautiful coral/orange rose (below) was a gift from one of her coworkers, and she has done wonders with it. It is very prolific blooming throughout the summer, and the color is stunning.
This rose (below), called Barbara Bush after the former First Lady, could possibly be one of the most beautiful roses I have ever seen. The color you see in the photograph doesn't begin to do it justice. Whether you claim to be Democrat, Republican, or neither, this is one that begs to be experienced IN PERSON! There just aren't words to describe it.
I am not sure what the name of this rose (below) is, but it is a lovely swirl of red and white reminiscent of peppermint candy.
The Rose Family
The rose is a rose,
And was always a rose.
But the theory now goes
That the apple's a rose,
And the pear is, and so's
The plum, I suppose.
The dear only knows
What will next prove a rose.
You, of course, are a rose -
But were always a rose.
